Ms. Winkler's
litigation experience includes trial and other evidentiary proceedings before
state and federal courts in Arizona and Nevada, including the prosecution of
appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit and the D.C. Circuit.
The Ohio native
is a former shareholder and executive committee member at Ryley Carlock &
Applewhite (Phoenix) and a former deputy counsel in the Legal Division of the
Arizona Department of Water Resources.
Active in the
community, Ms. Winkler is a member of the board of directors of the Maricopa
County Justice Museum & Learning Center Foundation and formerly chaired its
Funding & Promotion Committee.
