Hilary Patrick

Hilary Patrick is the Grasso Law Firm’s senior paralegal and serves as the firm administrator.

Ms. Patrick has worked with Mr. Grasso since 1993 and has extensive experience with both litigation and trial work. She has served as the senior paralegal in high-profile and complex jury trials; in 2009, she served as lead paralegal in jury trials resulting in two of Arizona's top ten defense verdicts.

Ms. Patrick graduated with honors from Heald College with an Associate's of Applied Science degree in Legal Administration. She obtained her paralegal certification (with highest honors) from Arizona Paralegal, one of only a handful of schools that is approved by the American Bar Association.

Aside from her extensive litigation and trial practice, Ms. Patrick oversees all of the Grasso Law Firm’s business affairs. Before entering the legal field, Ms. Patrick was self-employed and directed the business operations of a family business.

Marianne McGrath

Marianne S. McGrath has over 20 years of experience as a legal secretary and paralegal at firms ranging from sole practitioners to three of Arizona's largest law firms.

Her work has focused primarily on civil litigation, including complex commercial disputes and professional liability matters.

Marianne received her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University after earning an associate degree at Phoenix College.

Kath Shuman

Kath Shuman assists with the Grasso Law Firm’s business affairs. She serves as the Office Manager and as an administrative assistant.

She has over 35 years of business experience and started working with Mr. Grasso more than a decade ago.

Ms. Shuman’s extensive knowledge and experience in business gives her a unique background that allows her to oversee many of the day-to-day operational aspects of the Grasso Law Firm.

Tony Mezzatesta, CPA, assists with the Grasso Law Firm's business affairs and serves as a consultant to our legal professionals in the area of business and finance. He has more than two decades of experience in accounting, taxation and financial analysis.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Mezzatesta is a member of a number of professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.

Mr. Mezzatesta's breadth of knowledge and experience in business and finance is invaluable in many complex litigation matters. Clients of the Grasso Law Firm have praised Mr. Mezzatesta's assistance in those areas where his expertise gave our legal professionals the edge they needed to get the best result possible.
