Stephanie L. Samuelson

Stephanie L. Samuelson joined the Grasso Law Firm as a partner in 2016, after practicing law for eighteen years in central Phoenix.

During law school in Oregon, Ms. Samuelson clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice, Special Litigation Unit, where she assisted in complex civil litigation including class actions and matters involving state and federal constitutional issues. After graduating law school near the top of her class,Ms. Samuelson moved to Arizona and begin practicing commercial litigation at a mid sized firm in Phoenix (Beus, Gilbert & Morrill, PLC). Thereafter, Ms. Samuelson continued in private practice as an associate at two smaller firms where she gained further experience in litigation and expanded her practice to include transactions. Prior to joining the Grasso Law Firm, Ms. Samuelson was a partner at Morrill & Aronson, P.L.C. where she practiced law from 2003 to 2016.

Ms. Samuelson has a broad range of experience, having practiced commercial litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, employment law, commercial lending, and business/corporate law. Ms. Samuelson has successfully represented clients in complex commercial litigation and real estate matters, including business, employment, and tax disputes, in various courts including at the appellate level. Ms. Samuelson’s transactional practice has included real property acquisitions and sales,the formation of business entities and drafting of governing documents, asset and stock purchase and sale transactions, loan documentation and workouts, business reorganizations, commercial leasing, and other real estate and financial transactions.

Ms. Samuelson previously served on the Real Property Executive Council and the Committee on Minorities and Women in the Law forthe Arizona State Bar Association, and is a past member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Maricopa County Bar Association and Executive Women’s Golf Association.

Outside of work, Ms. Samuelson stays busy with her three children and their sports and activities as well as volunteering in her community and at her church. She is an avid reader and runner, having completed the Seattle Marathon and several half‐marathons, and enjoys playing indoor and outdoor soccer when time permits.
