Ms. Shomar-Esparza grew up in rural Western Maryland and worked for a small family law firm where she began to develop her paralegal skills until she moved to Arizona in 2000. Shortly after moving to Arizona in 2000, she worked at the Arizona Attorney General’s office and a small law firm in the Phoenix area for approximately 12 years before moving to Kansas City, Kansas in 2012. Ms. Shomar-Esparza worked for a small Missouri based law firm as a paralegal until her return to the Phoenix area in 2015.

Over the past 25-plus years, she has provided paralegal support for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a variety of cases - including personal injury, dog bites, premise liability, wrongful death, sexual abuse, excessive force, and bad faith matters in Arizona and Missouri.

During her free time, Ms. Shomar-Esparza enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the United States and Mexico, reading, attending a variety of concerts, and watching movies.
