Ms. Grasso serves as the Firm's Director of Administration. In her management role, she oversees the Firm's legal assistants and all administrative activities of the Firm. Ms. Grasso also works directly with the Firm’s Director of Litigation Operations & Executive Paralegal (Noel Reddy) on various special projects – including preparing high-profile cases for jury trial. Ms. Grasso is the direct point of contact for the Firm’s numerous vendors and other business partners.

Ms. Grasso grew up in Arizona and after high school, she pursued college courses and employment that allowed her to develop advanced skills in many areas – including business, communication, and legal studies.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Grasso enjoys traveling and all outdoor activities with family and friends. She also enjoys spoiling and having fun with her German Shepherd, Luna.
