Ms. Tepper is a Senior Paralegal at the firm working with Mr. Grasso on a variety of complex litigation matters. Ms. Tepper has 25-plus years of experience in civil litigation including civil rights defense, corrections defense, insurance defense, government and municipal liability, and employment litigation. Prior to joining the Grasso Law Firm, Ms. Tepper provided paralegal, litigation, and trial technology support for high-profile and complex trials. With an extensive background in legal technology, she specializes in supporting and managing eDiscovery processes and litigation technology. She is a longstanding member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and the Arizona Paralegal Association. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Originally from Chicago, Ms. Tepper attended Southern Illinois University in pursuit of her psychology degree, and is a forever faithful Chicago Cubs fan, who enjoys traveling and hiking with her family, which, of course, includes her tree-climbing long-haired Chihuahua, Gatsby.
