Pamela Judd has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation. She’s represented clients in commercial litigation, tort, bankruptcy, securities, product liability and other civil litigation matters. She’s handled all aspects of litigation from the pre-litigation stage through judgment and dismissal in state and federal court.
Ms. Judd began her legal career at a large, prominent Phoenix law firm where she primarily practiced in the firm’s tort practice group, handling pharmaceutical and medical device defense matters. Her practice also included commercial litigation, personal injury, and construction defect cases.
Ms. Judd then joined a small Phoenix law firm where her practice focused on commercial, tort, bankruptcy, and securities cases. Ms. Judd later joined a Scottsdale law firm that allowed her to broaden her practice by handling family law matters and special actions in addition to the commercial and tort cases litigation to which she was accustomed.
Ms. Judd has represented clients in cases involving contract, breach of duty, fraud, intentional interference, conversion, unjust enrichment and a variety of other claims, as well as matters involving court appointed receivers. She has represented clients at trial, evidentiary hearings, oral arguments, scheduling conferences, status conferences, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings. She has extensive experience drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, disclosure statements, and other court filings.
Ms. Judd graduated from Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor of Science summa cum laude. She graduated cum laude from Arizona State University’s College of Law, where she served on Law Journal.
