Mr. Casazza is a partner with the firm. He was born in Huntsville, Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1999 with a degree in Secondary Math Education. He attended Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated with Honors with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. A member of law review while at Drake, his student note was published in the Drake Law Review in the fall of 2002.

After graduating law school, Mr. Casazza worked in Minneapolis, Minnesota in the areas of insurance subrogation and defense. He moved to Arizona in 2003 and since then has practiced in a variety of litigation areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, residential and commercial landlord and tenant law, real estate transactions, construction defect, business disputes, and collections.

Mr. Casazza has prevailed in several jury trials and appeals and has appeared in a wide variety of venues, including the Superior Courts of Arizona, the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.

Mr. Casazza is an active member of various masonic groups. He is also an avid fan of the University of Alabama sports teams, and enjoys spending time with his family.
